The A-A-R-P Foundation is once again providing free tax preparation in Harrisonburg.

Local volunteers are available to help with 2022 Tax Returns starting on Thursday and last through April 11th at the County Administration Center.

One of the coordinators, Norma Shep, says folks need to call 1-540-212-9835 to make an appointment.

This free service is available to anyone who needs it with particular focus on low- to moderate-income families and individuals, senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

Incidentally, A-A-R-P membership is not required.

The appointments are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
