HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — UPDATE: The shelter in place has now been lifted. However, the investigation is still ongoing.

Harrisonburg Police report that there is a heavy law enforcement presence in the 1300 block of Goldfinch Dr. HPD is conducting a law enforcement operation.
