Average gasoline prices in Virginia have risen over 7 cents per gallon over last week, averaging 3-41.
That’s according to a GasBuddy survey. Prices in the commonwealth are nearly 36- cents per gallon higher than this time last month.
The cheapest station in Virginia saw prices of 2-79 yesterday, while the most expensive was an even 4-dollars.
Harrisonburg drivers can expect to pay an average of 3-45, while outlying areas are paying prices in the mid-3-30s. The national average price of diesel is up 5-and-a-half-cents in the last week to 4-65 per gallon.
