ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Broadway High School Cross Country team brought home a state title for the Class 3 division on Saturday, November 16.

The team went into the race 54 points under Maggie Walker and upset them with a 73-point total. Senior Tristan Yoder won the individual Class 3 title with a run time of 15:34. The rest of his team placed in the following order:  Senior Jaiden Santos Nguyen (7th), Sophomore Peyton Allen (20th), Senior Gavin Diehl (21st), Senior Grayson Jacquez (45th), Senior Asher Ryan (47th), and Freshman Cameron Shifflett (79th).
