STAUNTON, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A plea date has been set for the Staunton man who was arrested over the summer on multiple counts of sexual assault with a minor.
According to online records, a Staunton Circuit Court judge set a Dec. 5 plea date for Malachi Mosley during a hearing Thursday afternoon.
Staunton Police arrested Mosley, 36, on July 16 on four charges, including two counts of aggravated sexual battery with a victim less than thirteen years old and two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.
Mosley continues to be held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.
