ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Clover Hill man who pleaded guilty to murder earlier this year will have to wait until January to find out his fate.
Tanner Allen Hartman had a hearing this morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court where a judge set a sentencing date of Jan. 13, according to online records.
Hartman, 22, was charged with killing Chad Anthony Mines, 46, during an incident on Whitmore Shop Road just before daybreak on May 11, 2021.
He pleaded guilty to second degree murder earlier this year on Jan. 12.
