HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The first-degree murder trial of the Harrisonburg man authorities say was responsible for a mysterious death last summer continued this morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court.

It is Day 6 of the trial of Aaron Christopher Gordon Jr., who is accused of murdering Towan Julian Cappell, after his body was found at an Eastover Drive construction site on August 18 of last year.

Gordon, 25, was indicted by a grand jury last November and has remained in custody ever since.
