Debra Jean Whetzel Cullers, 63, a resident of Timberville, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at her home.

Mrs. Cullers was born on November 30, 1960 in Mt. Solon and was a daughter of the late Irvin Washington and Doris Jean Furr Whetzel. She enjoyed crocheting, crafting, doing puzzles and spending time with her two cats.

Surviving is her husband, Thomas Allen Cullers; children, Gregory Michael Chartier and wife Nicole, Rachel Charter; siblings, Walter Whetzel and wife Kaissy, Douglas Whetzel, James Whetzel and wife Nina, Irvin Whetzel and companion Larry Dellinger, Angela Sue Williams and husband Ray; grandchildren, Ryan Chartier, Isabelle Chartier, Haley Chartier, Robert Ethan Kline; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cullers was preceded in death by a nephew, Jason Whetzel.

Lt. Douglas Ingold will conduct a graveside service which will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Mt. Solon.

There will be no viewing or visitation at the funeral home, and the casket will remain closed.
