STAUNTON, VA (Rocktown Now) — A Staunton man has been arrested on multiple counts of sexual assault with a minor.

In a release, Staunton Sergeant C.D. Ammons said Staunton Police arrested 36-year-old Malachi Mosley yesterday for two counts of aggravated sexual battery with a victim less than thirteen years of age and two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.

Mosley is being held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.

Sergeant Ammons says the investigation is ongoing.
