ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office has captured a man they have been searching for since November.

In a social media post, the Sheriff’s Office said Charles Wilbur Moyers has been captured.

Moyers was wanted for a Circuit Court Capias for three violations of probation on felony offense and three violations of probation on misdemeanor offense.
