AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Stuarts Draft man charged with several felonies related to a road rage incident last year will go before a jury later this summer.

Online records show that a two-day trial for Ma’Aquil Ni’mill Littlejohn is set to begin July 25 in Augusta County Circuit Court.

The 42-year-old Littlejohn is facing eight counts, including malicious wounding and reckless handling of a firearm.

He’s accused of striking another motorist with a pistol after both drivers exited their vehicles during a road rage encounter near Schneider Park last November.

Littlejohn was arrested on December 11 following an investigation.
