ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Rockingham County woman who was accused of embezzling money from the Cub Run Elementary School Parent Teacher Association will appear before a grand jury.

Elizabeth Nicole Taylor of McGaheysville had her charge of embezzlement over a thousand dollars certified to a grand jury during a hearing this morning in General District Court. That is according to online records.

Sheriff Bryan Hutcheson confirmed that Taylor, who was treasurer of the organization at the time, was arrested on November 6th.

She remains free on bond.
