PAGE COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Timothy Thomas Comer, the Page County man accused of murdering another man in Elkton last summer will go before a jury.

According to online records, Comer’s case was certified to a Grand Jury during a hearing Thursday afternoon in Page County General District Court. No trial date has been posted as of Thursday evening.

He is charged with three felonies, including first-degree murder, in connection with the killing of Gregory Lee Williams, 69, who authorities found dead with a gunshot wound on his Jollet Road property late last June.

Comer was arrested on July 13 after a two-week manhunt involving local, state and federal authorities.

He remains in custody.
