PAGE COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Page County man accused of murdering another man in Elkton last summer is due back in court this afternoon.

Online records show that Timothy Thomas Comer, 56, is scheduled for a 1 p.m. hearing in Page County General District Court.

He is charged with three felonies, including first-degree murder, in connection with the killing of Gregory Lee Williams, 69, who authorities found dead with a gunshot wound on his Jollet Road property late last June.

The Comer was arrested on July 13 after a two-week manhunt involving local, state and federal authorities.

He remains in custody.
