HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – High pressure just off the coast combined with a south wind will help temperatures rise the first half of the week. An elevated fire danger will continue with winds exceeding 15 miles per hour at times, especially Tuesday and Wednesday. A front is likely to bring showers and thunderstorms starting Wednesday and continuing into the end of the week. Temperatures will cool a little with the front, before rebounding at the end of the week.
