HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – As one cold front moves north and out of the Shenandoah Valley, another, stronger one, will head our way late today into Tuesday. Additional rainfall of over a half inch will be possible with this system.  With the ground already saturated, I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see additional flood watches issued by the National Weather Service. Unlike the one that lingered over the valley most of the weekend, this one will move out Tuesday, replaced by high pressure, sunshine and cooler temperatures at least for a couple of days.  Next weekend might bring more rain, as another series of fronts could head toward the area.
