HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Sunny, clear skies and low humidity are expected to be with us into Tuesday. After that, the heat and humidity will increase, with the approach of a frontal system headed out way from the west. While temperatures will most likely top out in the mid to upper 80’s, the humidity will make it feel like the mid and upper 90’s from Wednesday through the end of the week. The chance of a tropical storm forming in the Atlantic is very good, with a system becoming more and more organized near the Cabo Verde Islands. Current guideance from the National Hurricane Center has this storm headed towards the United States.
