HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – It’s been awhile since I’ve heard people get excited about the temperature going above freezing. I think of the old pictures we’ve seen and stories of the rivers freezing over for the winter. This week we will see temperatures above freezing, at least for a couple of days. Don’t get too excited, there’s still plenty of winter ahead for us, according to the Climate Prediction Center.
