HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A warm front will lift north through the area today, bringing mild temperatures for your Sunday. A strong cold front will bring strong, gusty winds to the area this afternoon.  An Arctic high brings cold temperatures for the first half of the work week.  A coastal low could bring snow for the middle to end of the week.  As this low develops over the Georgia coast, it’s expected to move north and intensify by mid-week.  It has the potential to make for a major winter storm, impacting our area from late Wednesday into Thursday with the ability to bring a lot of snow to the valley.  Stay tune, there’s plenty of time for changes between now and Wednesday.
