HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – High pressure will stay with us today, although clouds will begin to move in by afternoon.  A strong area of low pressure will bring wind and the possibility of severe storms to the area late tonight through Wednesday.  While tornados can’t be ruled out, strong gusty winds and heavy downpours will be more of an issue. Thursday as the low begins to exit, replaced by high pressure for Friday.  Another low is headed our way this weekend, bringing some clouds and breezy weather.

A Wind Advisory is in effect for the Blue Ridge from 8 PM this
evening to 7 PM Wednesday
