HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – The Arctic cold has returned to the north, allowing warmer temperatures to work into the Shenandoah Valley today and for the next couple of days. High pressure will bring sunshine to the area through midweek. A clipper system, expected to stay mainly to our north, will bring cloudy skies for the end of the week. A couple of storms systems could bring rain and perhaps some mixed precipitation for the upcoming weekend. The best chance will be Sunday and Sunday night, when we should see measurable rainfall over the valley.
