HARRISONBURG VA:  (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Two surface troughs will move through the region over the next few days, one early this morning and another on Tuesday. An Arctic front will pass through on Wednesday afternoon, followed by high pressure building over the area for the latter part of the week.
