HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Sunshine returns today as high pressure builds to our north.  A storm system building out of the Plains will move north into Canada, pull a warm front over the Shenandoah Valley late Wednesday into Thursday. Another cold front will stall near the area at weeks end.
