HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – An area of low pressure will move over the area late today into tomorrow. With colder air over the area, we may see a mix of rain and frozen precipitation, especially late today and tonight. While this will be mainly a rain event, some areas may see snow at the start and freezing rain could create slippery roads, especially in the higher elevations. Warmer temperatures arrive Thursday and stay with us into Friday. Another front will bring a chance from rain this weekend. A coastal low may bring snow to the area the first of
next week, with measurable snowfall.
