HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – High pressure will continue to control the Shenandoah Valley weather today. A low will form along the southeast coast this weekend and move north, along the coast.  This low is expected to bring heavy rain to eastern portions of Virginia, while here in the valley, the effect will be windy conditions and a little rain from Sunday into Sunday night.
