HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – Cold and dry conditions are expected to persist through tonight due to high pressure in the vicinity. On Thursday, a reinforcing cold front will move through the area, bringing breezy conditions and potentially a few snow showers in the mountains.
Light chances for wintry precipitation return on Friday as low pressure passes to the south. High pressure will briefly return for the weekend before two “clipper-like” systems impact the region early next week.
