HARRISONBURG VA:  (ROCKTOWN NOW) – An Arctic high will drop into the Shenandoah Valley today, bringing extreme cold and clear skies for most of the week. Daytime highs are expected to be in the 20’s and overnight lows will drop to near, if not slightly below zero.  Temperatures will warm as we near the weekend, with highs returning to the 30’s and lows in the teens and 20’s.
