HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – An upper-level low will gradually move across the East Coast through the end of the week, bringing several rounds of rain to the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas. On Saturday, the low-pressure system will shift offshore, while surface high pressure from the Ohio River Valley builds in from the west. Expect dry conditions and warming temperatures starting Sunday, ahead of a cold front that will move through the area from Tuesday into Wednesday.
