HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A high-pressure system will settle north of the Shenandoah Valley today. A strong low-pressure system is expected to move through the region from Wednesday into Thursday, then shift offshore by the end of the week. A weaker high-pressure system is forecast to approach the area by the weekend.
