HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A cold front head toward the area today bringing windy conditions.  Overall, the day should be dry, although I wouldn’t rule out a shower or two late in the day.  The wind combined with dry conditions will bring an increased threat of wildfires again today.  The front crosses the valley on Thursday bringing an increased chance of showers, although total rainfall amounts will most likely remain low.  High pressure brings sunny skies for Friday and Saturday ahead of a low that may bring a measurable rain event for Sunday and Monday.
