The low will help fuel a strong, southerly wind, easily reaching into the 20 to 25 mph range and causing gusts of 30 to 40 mph. Conditions will be calmer this weekend, with a warm front approaching the area this weekend. Another cold front could bring rain and thunderstorms for Monday, ushering in colder temperatures for Tuesday and Wednesday.
