HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A warm front will lift north and cross the Shenandoah Valley today, bringing clouds and a chance for a little rain. Little, unfortunately, is the best word to describe accumulation. Most areas will be lucky to see a quick shower, much less any real, measurable rainfall. The front will stall to our north, keeping skies mostly cloudy into Saturday. Despite the clouds, we should have some very warm temperatures through the weekend. You wouldn’t normally expect to read the term “Bermuda High” in a forecast for one of the last days of March, but Sunday we will have one off the coast, and that means very warm temperatures for both Saturday and Sunday. A cold front on Sunday might lead to some thunderstorms into Monday. High pressure builds back in Tuesday ahead of another low and a chance for rain the end of the week.
