Area forecast discussion from the National Weather Service

Low pressure will move from the Delmarva to New England through
tonight. A second area of low pressure developing over the Southeast
will move up along the East Coast ahead of a cold front approaching
from the Ohio River Valley Wednesday into Thursday. After brief high
pressure late Thursday into Friday, a third area of low pressure
will track from the middle Mississippi River Valley through the Ohio
River Valley and across the Mid-Atlantic over the weekend.
