HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Today will be fairly mild with a little rain ahead of an arctic blast, which will arrive Sunday night.  A Winter Storm Watch is in effect from the National Weather Service for late tonight into Sunday. A cold Arctic front will move through tonight, followed by low pressure system bringing Sunday’s snowfall.  An Arctic high follows on Monday bringing extreme cold for several days.
