VAIL Wheelchair basketball tournament this weekend

On WSVA's Early Mornings radio show, VAIL (Valley Associates for Independent Living) will hold it's second annual Wheelchair Basketball tournament this weekend. Tim Davis with VAIL, along with Jeff Frank and Scott Simons with Horizons Edge, talk about the tournament and the Horizons Edge facility.
