The Rockingham County Fair celebrates it’s 75th anniversary this year. On WSVA’s “Early Mornings” Frank Wilt talked with Nelson Sheets, a past fair president, Keith Sheets, the current president, Jeff Ishee, past General Manager and Rebecca Holloway, current General Manager, about their memories of the fair.
