Rockingham County School Board votes to retain several more books

Superintendent Larry Shifflett recommended keeping the books “Drama,” volumes 1-4 of the “Heartstopper” series, and “All American Boys” in the county’s school libraries. However, board member Hollie Cave was concerned about how the developmentally appropriate nature of the books were being considered.
