Elizabeth Nicole Taylor of McGaheysville had her charge of embezzlement over a thousand dollars certified to a grand jury during a hearing Wednesday morning in General District Court.
Sheriff Bryan Hutcheson confirmed the accident happened shortly after 2 p.m. near the intersection of Port Republic Road and Cross Keys Road, east of Harrisonburg.
Mark Everett Paulson was indicted by a grand jury back in January on 20 counts, including 19 for possession of child pornography multiple offense.
Search efforts began immediately and at around 6 p.m. and two men were found dead in the river.
