Chief Jeremy Holloway reports that the call came in shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon in the 9,300 block of Red Top Court.
Sergeant Brent Coffey stated in an email to Rocktown Now that State Police investigators are looking into the town’s financial situation but had no further information.
An investigation determined that the call came from a prison in Clio, Alabama.
Wagoner was charged with DWI first offense after he was arrested on May 26. That is a class 1 misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine.
