Elizabeth Nicole Taylor of McGaheysville had her charge of embezzlement over a thousand dollars certified to a grand jury during a hearing Wednesday morning in General District Court.

Sheriff Bryan Hutcheson confirmed the accident happened shortly after 2 p.m. near the intersection of Port Republic Road and Cross Keys Road, east of Harrisonburg.
