A man was arrested early Tuesday morning after allegedly setting multiple fires near businesses on the eastern side of Harrisonburg before fleeing police and eventually being captured in Greene County.
On April 24, 2025, the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) arrested Christopher K. Hibbs, 39, of Staunton, for felony solicitation of a minor.
According to online records, Raymond Gregory Allen reached a plea deal with prosecutors during a hearing this morning in Augusta County Circuit Court.
The crash occurred Friday (April 25), at 8:35 a.m. on John Marshall Highway, two tenths of a mile east of Back Road.
