On August 20, 2025, Rockingham County Public Schools and the Rockingham County Board of Supervisors held a joint meeting to discuss the future of Massanutten Technical Center, following Harrisonburg City Public Schools’ decision to withdraw from the joint MTC agreement, effective June 30, 2027.
