Vladimir Petrovich Mazur was arrested on February 1 after several law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant in the 11,000 block of Wampler Road.
Those findings were released yesterday as part of Open Doors’ annual Thermal Report, which breaks down who is using the service the most, along with the reasons why they need help.
The accident happened just before noon on Tuesday at the intersection of Route 11 and Cedar Lane in New Market.
Traffic lights will be set to a flash condition to help make travelers along this corridor aware of the new signal around the Miracle Car Wash and Rocktown High School.
