The Blue Ridge Free Clinic recently introduced a new facility next to its location at 831 Martin Luther King Jr Way in Harrisonburg as it rolls out mental health and dental services to patients.
The release responds to the flier without directly quoting its content, explaining that raw state testing data includes scores from students still learning English and mid-year transfer students that are not used in accountability determinations.
