RICHMOND, VA (Rocktown Now) — Governor Glenn Youngkin announced additional board appointments on Friday.

A few local names were appointed including Dr. Rhonda Jennings-Arey of Staunton who is an Instructional Designer at Gallaudet University. Dr Jennings-Arey was appointed to the Board of Visitors of the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind.

A retired electrical engineer from Stuarts Draft was also appointed. Christopher Grandle will join the Board of Directors of the Assistive Technology Loan Fund Authority.

Assistant Professor at James Madison University Dr. Ángel A. Garcia, Jr. of Rockingham County and Carol Tiderman of New Market, Director for Shenandoah County, Virginia Speleological Survey will join the Cave Board.
