HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Louisiana man charged in April’s alleged robbery at a Harrisonburg 7-Eleven appeared before a grand jury this afternoon.

According to online records, Tevin White was indicted on a charge of stealing property during a hearing in Rockingham County Circuit Court.

That charge stemmed from an incident that took place on April 25 at the 7-Eleven on South Main Street.

White initially fled the scene but was eventually arrested in Pennsylvania. He has since been extradited back to Harrisonburg and is scheduled to enter a plea in the case on August 8.

Incidentally, the victim in that alleged robbery, Travis Fogle, faces a malicious shooting charge and has a court date set for next month.
