HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A West Virginia man has pled guilty to malicious shooting following the April robbery at a Harrisonburg 7-Eleven.

Travis Fogle was sentenced this morning to 12 months in prison with 11 of those suspended as well as 12 months of supervised probation after firing recklessly at a vehicle that was being driven away by his suspected robber.

The driver, Tevin White of Louisiana, was arrested in Pennsylvania after fleeing the scene.

White was charged with grand larceny and sentenced last week to four months in prison and two years of probation time.
