WAYNESBORO, VA (Rocktown Now) — It’s eight years in prison for the Waynesboro man who was caught with nearly 200 grams of methamphetamine last spring.
Bobby Miller reached a plea deal with prosecutors this morning in Waynesboro Circuit Court.
According to online records, the 73-year-old Miller pleaded guilty to distribution of over 100 grams of meth. In exchange for that plea, two other charges were dropped.
A judge then sentenced him to 20 years in prison with 12 of those years suspended.
Miller was arrested last May following a traffic stop, where police discovered around 190 grams of suspected meth hidden in a compartment inside the vehicle. They also seized a stun gun.
