AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The initial hearing for the Waynesboro man who was arrested earlier this year following a breaking and entering incident will have to wait a month before his preliminary hearing.

Tony Branch was scheduled to appear in general district court on Tuesday afternoon, but online records showed that his hearing was continued until Oct. 15.

Branch, 37, faces two charges stemming from that incident in the early morning hours of June 11 in the 100 block of North Commerce Avenue.

One of those charges is unlawful wounding.

He remains held without bond.
