HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Valley Associates for Independent Living – or VAIL – hosts its Community Leaders’ Luncheon every fall to inform area leaders about the needs of the disability community.

Those leaders include state and local legislators, government representatives and administrators, educators and other non-profit agencies.

The luncheon also serves as a ‘thank you’ to state and local leaders for supporting VAIL’s mission.

This year’s luncheon will be held Thursday, Sept. 19, at First Presbyterian Church on Court Square in Harrisonburg from 11:45 to 1:00.
